Smooth(ie) Start to the Day

My green smoothies today:

Number 1:

– 1 bunch chard/silverbeet
– 1 banana
– 2 dried figs, soaked
– water to make 1 litre/quart of smoothie

Number 2:

– 1 bunch chard/silverbeet
– 2 bananas
– 2 oranges

– water to make 1 litre/quart of smoothie

Yumminess! I love my green smoothies. And soaked dried figs are an awesomely tasty addition to the mighty GS.
