Gourmet Lunch

Okay, so now some words :-). Today I had the bestes gourmet raw food lunch with my bestest darling raw vegan friend Denise. It was just so great to chat with her because she’s totally on the same wavelength as me in regards to this and we get super-excited about all these little culinary delights.

Before we get to the photos, here a brief list of what we devoured:

flaxseed crackers with 3 different dips (zuccini humus from matt Amsden’s Rawvolution; lemon spinach dip; BBQ Sauce from Rawvolution)

Raw sushi

Asian Cucumber Salad

Rosemary Eggplant Tofu

a yummy fruit punch made from 1 cup english breakfast tea (yes I know, it’s not raw but that’s okay), 3 cups mixed frozen berries (of which 1 was blended with the tea and lemon juice), juice of 1 lemon, 1 lemon sliced, 1 mango in chunks, 20 mint leaves and 1 litre sparkling mineral water

And for the finish – pumpkin cream pie – too good for words…

    Yes, the pie was fantastic. Would have to be one of my favourite raw treats yet 🙂
