Wednesday’s and Thursday’s Smoothie

My super-busyness kept me from blogging yesterday.

Wednesday’s Smoothie

1 banana
2 golden kiwifruits
1 cup boysenberries
2 tblsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup water
1 chunk fresh ginger



Thursday’s Smoothie

1 banana
1 pear
2 mandarins
2 tblsp ground flaxseed
1 chunk fresh ginger
3/4 cup water

Absolute Bliss 🙂

Gotta get back to work. Will post more on the weekend 🙂
