Smoothie Power and more Banana Ice Cream

This morning I started the day with a boysenberry, banana, tangelo, kiwifruit and ginger smoothie. For lunch I had a carrot and apple salad (no photo) with lemon juice as dressing and also ate some edamame beans. Dinner was a large plate full of carrot slices, capsicum, (non-raw) gherkins, sprouts, carraway seeds and sunflower seeds and lemon juice for dressing (so good and simple). Dessert (I couldn’t resist) was banana cashew ice cream. I blended 1 handful of cashews with a tsp of agave and added 2 frozen bananas. Topping was a walnut for bowl number 1 and cinnamon sprinkles (yumyum) for bowl number two. Absolutely delicious!

Here are the pictures 🙂

  1. I make two smoothies every single day (with lots of fruits, hempmilk, and raw hemp protein powder); but I LOVE your mix of intriguing ingredients!! And your ice cream is enticing as well 🙂
